Our manufacturing facilities cover 6,500 m². We carry out membrane-panel welding and bending, tube bending, plasma cutting and roll bending.
Production planning brings panel, tube and plate preparation together. Welding and forming operations are coordinated against fabrication drawings and the equipment assembly sequence.
We manage material traceability, WPS/PQR welding documentation, RT/UT/PT/MT examinations, pressure and leak testing through our project quality plan. We define inspection scope and acceptance criteria in accordance with the applicable project code.
Our engineering team developed our computer-controlled orbital welding machine in-house. We use this capability to support a controlled and repeatable approach to welding.
We monitor manufacturing and quality control as production progresses, linking material records, welding documentation and inspection results to the relevant equipment. By keeping pace with current technologies and drawing on our manufacturing experience, we continually improve our welding methods and quality control practices.
We use ANSYS, Autodesk platforms, ROHR2, PV Elite and VVD for modelling and calculations. We develop heat balances, pipe stress analyses, equipment strength calculations and manufacturing drawings for the engineering scope.
Calculation results, models and fabrication drawings are reviewed together. Equipment geometry, piping connections and design conditions can therefore be checked as part of the engineering review.
