EPC and engineering scope
Bersey undertook the EPC and engineering scope for turnkey delivery of the energy facility. Engineering services, system design and integration were addressed in line with the client's process requirements and operating conditions. The scope brought together the use of production residues as an energy source, the design of systems to meet applicable environmental requirements, and the work required for turnkey delivery.
Plant design
The plant is designed for wood waste combustion from production processes. 21 MW Thermal Oil, 2x12 TPH Steam, 11 MW Hot Gas MDF Dryer, ESP Filter.
